Matt has been training hard for the 40th London Marathon, which was postponed and has now turned Virtual!  Rather than throw in the running and fundraising towel he will now be covering the course distance around Fairlands and Wood Street on the morning of Sunday 4th October instead!  In addition, every pupil at Worplesdon will be taking part in a sponsored run on the field with their bubble in the week before Matt’s Marathon - with each class aiming to complete a collective marathon!!  Please be generous in your sponsorship of our pupils as they raise money for school!

Attached is a sponsorship form for your child to use when talking to friends and family about their class marathon, a hard copy has also been sent home.  We do not need this form returned to school, it is just for your child to record their achievement and have fun fundraising!  Once your form is complete and you have gathered your sponsorship please visit www.virginmoneygiving.com/fund/PTAmarathon to add your child’s sponsorship to our school total.  We will not be accepting cash for this activity.
