I am delighted to inform you that at Wood Street Infant School, our lead cook manager on site will continue to be Jodi Boshoff and who is excited for coming on board with Edwards and Ward, and whilst we appoint our new lead cook manager, Susan Williams and Jakki Haysom will be leading the kitchen team at Worplesdon Primary School. 

From Wednesday 3^rd January, children will benefit from a delicious new menu (attached), full access to a fresh salad bar every day, two serving hatches at Worplesdon (to reduce queueing time), plates rather than the current flight trays and a family style dining experience (with table cloths and bread baskets of every table). As we move through the Spring term, we will also benefit from special taster sessions for the children ahead of new menus being released, and investment in both kitchens.

During our selection process, we were impressed with Edwards & Ward’s special diet process and their quest to make it as simple and inclusive as possible, ensuring that all children can be fed safely and effectively. Finally, the cost of individual meals will remain the same with a meal costing £2.70. The way you pay for your child’s meals will also remain the same through our ParentMail system Login - IRIS ParentMail. Children will continue to choose their meal through Studybugs in class.
